Open the package of the product and blower, place the bag on the floor similarly the shape of the product, use the D-shape fixture to fix the corners, finally plug in the blower and inflate it. Besides, if there is a strong wind, you should also use some ropes to fix the corners on the top.

→What material?
Inflatable games are made by PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for BS5852 (British Standard).
→What kind of guarantee you give?
Our inflatable games can be used for more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too distant to ship the goods back, we will send you a kit bag for every inflatable product.
→Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
At present, we have not. Our games including blower have been exported all over the world like USA, Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on , they are suitable for these market. If big quantity, we can get CE/UL approval for the blower.

→How do I order?

→How should I pay?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank. You have to pay 50% of the total payment in advance, and pay the rest when the order is finished. If the order is urgent, you抎 better pay 100% in advance.
& production
→when do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
→Producing time?
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable product is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

→Shipping?
It can be delivered by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD200.00. Air charges are different for different countries.
